The production time for your order may vary, depending on the quantities requested and our existing schedule. As a general guideline, we typically require 5-10 days to fulfil orders, but may take longer if you order big quantities.

Our Crepe paper color chart boasts an array of 69 colors. However, please be aware that we do not maintain stocks of all colors at all times (we stock around 30 colors). If your desired color is not readily available, we kindly ask for an additional 10 days to deliver the specific paper from our factory and prepare it for your order.

For your convenience, our team offers installation services for your project, which can be arranged at locations worldwide. To discuss the details and avail of this service, please do not hesitate to contact us via the "CHAT" button.

We hope you love your MIO GALLERY products, but in case you believe your item is faulty (or damaged due to shipping) you must contact us as soon as possible, within 2 days of delivery and describing the fault and sending us the pictures. 

We will endeavour to offer a replacement if we deem the item to be faulty (damaged due to shipping).

Replacement
If the item is faulty, please save the packaging, take pictures of the damaged item and contact us within 3 days of delivery - we will immediately send you the new items, without charging extra fees.

Refund
Due to custom nature of our products we don't issue refunds.
