Processing time: 1-2 business days
Order verification, creating, quality check and packaging.

Delivery time: 1-4 days worldwide
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our studio to the destination. 

It means you will get your order in around 7 days or less after purchase!

Tracking:

Once the parcel is shipped, we shall send you notification email with confirmation and tracking number. All orders are shipped with DHL express worldwide, unless chosen another options during the check out.

Return Policy:

 REPLACEMENT:

If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, please save the packaging, take pictures, and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll promptly send you a new item at no extra cost.

REFUND:
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available.

Order changes and Cancellations

Since all of our pieces are made-to-order, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed and working its way through our production process.
