We hope you love your MIO GALLERY products, but in case you believe your item is faulty (or damaged due to shipping) you must contact us as soon as possible, within 2 days of delivery and describing the fault and sending us the pictures.
We will endeavour to offer a replacement if we deem the item to be faulty (damaged due to shipping).
Replacement
If the item is faulty, please save the packaging, take pictures of the damaged item and contact us within 3 days of delivery - we will immediately send you the new items, without charging extra fees.
Refund
Due to custom nature of our products we don't issue refunds.
