When you place an order with MIO GALLERY we use the information to confirm, process and track your items, or to contact you via email, mail or telephone if we have any concerns about your purchase. When you enter your email address or sign up for our newsletter, we may contact you to inform you of new items, promotions, sales and events.
We hope you love your MIO GALLERY products, but in case you believe your item is faulty (or damaged due to shipping) you must contact us as soon as possible, within 2 days of delivery and describing the fault and sending us the pictures. We will endeavour to offer a replacement or refund if we deem the item to be faulty (damaged due to shipping).
If you choose replacement option - we will immediately send you the new items, without charging extra fees.
In case the item is faulty (damaged) and you choose the refund option, we will ask you to send us back the parcel with damaged items. Please note, that Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, even if the whole order is returned. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. As soon as we receive the returned parcel we shall immediately make a refund.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Since many of our pieces are made-to-order, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed and working its way through our production process.
