Delivery + Shipping
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to our customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for Standard orders delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time 3-5 business days:
Order verification, creating process, quality check and packaging.
• Standard Delivery time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our studio to the destination. After processing and leaving the studio, items usually take between 2-3 weeks to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially before Christmas Holidays.
Estimated delivery times via standard shipping to:
United States: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Canada: 3-4 weeks
Hong Kong, Singapore: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-4 weeks
• Express Delivery time:
It usually takes 1-2 weeks to receive the parcel, we cannot be responsible for delays due to custom control and taxes that may be applied. Please, order in advance.
All our 3D animals wall art pieces are packed in premium gift boxes with MIO GALLERY gold foil printing. Each gift box has additional cover box to avoid damages during transportation.
The wall art pieces are fixed in a box and we guarantee that they arrive in perfect condition.
We hope you love your MIO GALLERY products, but in case you believe your item is faulty (or damaged due to shipping) you must contact us as soon as possible, within 2 days of delivery and describing the fault and sending us the pictures.
We will endeavour to offer a replacement or refund if we deem the item to be faulty (damaged due to shipping).
If you choose replacement option - we will immediately send you the new items, without charging extra fees.
In case the item is faulty (damaged) and you choose the refund option, we will ask you to send us back the parcel with damaged items.
Please note, that Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, even if the whole order is returned.
We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
As soon as we receive the returned parcel we shall immediately make a refund.
Order changes and Cancellations
Since many of our pieces are made-to-order, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed and working its way through our production process.
