The time frame for Standard orders delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time 3-5 business days:
Order verification, creating process, quality check and packaging.
• Standard Delivery time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our studio to the destination. After processing and leaving the studio, items usually take between 2-3 weeks to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially before Christmas Holidays.
Estimated delivery times via standard shipping to:
United States: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Canada: 3-4 weeks
Hong Kong, Singapore: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-4 weeks
• Express Delivery time:
It usually takes 5-8 days to receive the parcel, we cannot be responsible for delays due to custom control and taxes that may be applied. Please, order in advance.
• All our paper flowers are packed in secure boxes to avoid damages during transportation.
• All flowers are fixed in boxes in a proper way and we guarantee that they arrive in perfect condition.
• We will provide you with flowers that already include mounting scotch squares on the back.
• Take off the protecting tape and easily stick the flowers to the wall.
• Use listing pictures to follow the layout, or simply improvise !
We hope you love your MIO GALLERY products, but in case you believe your item is faulty (or damaged due to shipping) you must contact us as soon as possible, within 2 days of delivery and describing the fault and sending us the pictures.
We will endeavour to offer a replacement if we deem the item to be faulty (damaged due to shipping).
Replacement
If the item is faulty, please save the packaging, take pictures of the damaged item and contact us within 3 days of delivery - we will immediately send you the new items, without charging extra fees.
Refund
Due to custom nature of our products we dont issue refunds.
